The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi invites sealed bids for the Repair and Maintenance Works of Quarter no. E-68 at PAA Residential Colony JIAP Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling R.C.C. including separating reinforcement from concrete in foundation, basement, plinth and ground floor (41 Cft) - Taking out shutters of doors and windows in ground floor (4 Each) - Taking out door and window frames with or without hold fasts in ground floor (3 Each) - Constructing R.C.C tanks with specified dimensions and reinforcement (1 Each) - Providing and laying cement concrete solid block masonry 4 to 6 inches thick (10 Cft) - Cement plaster 1/2 inch thick on walls and columns (49 Sft) - Providing and fixing pre-cast RCC slab (9 Sft) - Plastering 3/4 inch thick in patches (200 Sft) - Providing and laying concrete gola 3" x 3" (205 Rft) - Providing and laying 2 inch thick cement concrete floors (534 Sft) - Providing and laying vitrified porcelain tiles (104 Sft) - Providing and laying white marble tiles (28 Sft) - Providing and fixing aluminium sliding windows (25 P. Sft) - Providing and fixing plain glass panes 5mm thick (25 P. Sft) - Providing and fixing kitchen cabinet floor mounted laminated board (33 P. Sft) - Providing and fixing solid core deodar wood veneered flush door shutter (18 P. Sft) - Providing and fixing G.I. wire gauze and chicken netting (27 P. Sft) - Providing and fixing PPRC pipes PN-20 25mm dia (50 P. Rft) - Providing and fixing PPRC pipes PN-20 32mm dia (15 P. Rft) - Providing and fixing unplasticized PVC pipes 3 inch dia (20 P. Rft) - Providing and fixing unplasticized PVC pipes 4 inch dia (10 P. Rft) - Providing and fixing 1/2 inch dia ball valve (2 Each) - Providing and fixing 3/4 inch dia ball valve (1 Each) - Providing and laying jutoid waterproof matting on roofs (785 Sft) The scope includes all civil works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications. The site is located at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, Sindh province. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6, have valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and submit bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of Pay Order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal and original bid security and affidavits must be submitted physically to the Divisional Engineer ES Civil-II, JIAP Karachi before the deadline. The contract duration is 30 days from the date of commencement. The bid validity period is 180 days. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees as per actual work done within 56 days of bill certification.
