Tender Description
Sindh Economic Zones Management Company invites eligible contractors and firms for the repair and maintenance of the RCC boundary wall and perimeter steel fencing, desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage and sewerage manholes network, and cleaning of the underground wastewater tank / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Khairpur.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance of RCC boundary wall
- Perimeter steel fencing
- Desilting/cleaning of storm water drainage
- Cleaning of sewerage manholes network
- Cleaning of underground wastewater tank / STP
The scope includes comprehensive civil maintenance works ensuring structural integrity and proper drainage functionality at the site. Contractors must be registered with PEC and active taxpayers with FBR and SRB. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method under SPP Rules 2010.
Interested firms can download tender documents free of cost from www.sezmc.gos.pk. Bidders must be registered with the E Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and submit their bids online through the EPADS portal. A bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of a Pay Order must be submitted physically at the SEZMC office on or before 11:00 am, 22nd September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon.
For bidders, ensure timely registration on EPADS and prepare your bid security Pay Order in advance to avoid last-minute issues. Early submission is recommended to comply with the deadline and avoid disqualification.
