Repair and Maintenance of RCC Boundary Wall, Perimeter Steel Fencing, Desilting and Cleaning of Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage Manholes/Network, and Cleaning of Underground Wastewater Tank / STP Tank at Khairpur Special Economic Zone (KSEZ)

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) Karachi invites qualified contractors for the comprehensive repair and maintenance works at Khairpur Special Economic Zone (KSEZ). This procurement covers the repair and maintenance of RCC boundary wall and perimeter steel fencing, desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage and sewerage manholes network, and cleaning of the underground wastewater tank / STP tank. Items being procured include: - Excavation, backfilling and dewatering - Lean concrete and reinforced cement concrete works for footing, columns, and plinth beams - Solid brick masonry walls of 9" and 13" thickness - Stone pitching in bed - Cement sand plastering - Supply and placement of high yield deformed reinforcement steel bars Grade-60 - Removal, repair, fabrication and refixing of damaged perimeter fence panels - Desilting of 135 sewerage manholes - Loading, transportation and disposal of toxic silt/sludge - Sludge and slurry dewatering of underground wastewater and STP tanks - Earthwork and backfilling for pathways and construction of unpaved earth road along the periphery wall The technical scope includes all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the execution of civil works, concrete batching and mixing, steel reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, metal works, and dewatering as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C5 or above (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10), hold valid NTN and SRB registrations, and be active taxpayers. Earnest money of PKR 300,000/- in the form of Pay Order is required. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope method under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
