Repair, Maintenance, Renovation, Replacement & Minor Works at Sector E-8 Islamabad

The Military Engineer Services (MES) Islamabad invites contractors to submit lump sum/measurement tenders for repair, maintenance, renovation, replacement, and minor works at Sector E-8 Islamabad. This tender is specifically for contractors enlisted with MES in category 'E' and above, or those enlisted with other departments such as Central/Provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA, etc., provided they are approved contractors with a tendering limit of Rs. 25 million or above. Items being procured: - Repair works - Maintenance works - Renovation works - Replacement works - Minor works The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,999,800/-. The work must be completed within one month from the date specified in the first written work order. Contractors must provide proof of enlistment, a list of executed works with details, certificates of owned moveable and immovable assets, a list of tools and plant, and any other relevant information supporting their suitability. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated contract value in the form of FDR or Deposit at Call pledged to GE (N) Maint Islamabad. The earnest money will be refunded if the tender is not accepted but will be adjusted as security if accepted. Non-bonafide tenders will lead to forfeiture of earnest money. Applications must include details of ongoing works and be submitted by 11 September 2027. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified contractors on or after this date. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hours on or after 21 September 2027, with opening at 1200 hours the same day at the office of GE (N) Maint Islamabad. Contractors may attend the opening. The tender requires ownership of MES Schedule of Rates-2025 and full knowledge of contract conditions. The accepting officer is GE (N) Maint Islamabad.
