Repair, Maintenance, Renovation and Replacement Works for Residential and Non-Residential Facilities at PAF Base

The CMES Pakistan Air Force invites tenders for various repair, maintenance, renovation, and replacement works at the PAF Base. Items being procured: - Construction of boundary wall for certain non-residential facilities - Repair, maintenance, reconstruction, and replacement works for residential and non-residential facilities - Renovation of washrooms for non-residential facilities - Road marking paint application - Servicing and overhauling works - Replacement of charpoys and furniture for residential facilities - Technical and civil works including B&R and E&M at PAF Base The scope includes civil construction, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement tasks across multiple facility types within the PAF Base. The works require adherence to quality standards and timely completion as per the schedule. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories (B, C, D) and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules. Only technically qualified bidders will be considered for financial evaluation. The tender submission deadline is 30 October 2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the designated office. Late submissions will not be entertained.
