Seepage and Roof Treatment Works and Supply of Bazar Material for GE (A) Abbottabad

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for important civil and supply works in Abbottabad and nearby areas. The works include seepage and roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, re-carpeting of roads, and external services at the MES Atd offices in Shinkiari and Havelian. Additionally, supply of bazar material including electrical & mechanical and building & roads items is required for the provincial stores supporting RTEs and TC/DC for the area of responsibility of GE (A) Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Seepage / Roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential works - Re-carpeting of road - External services of certain facilities at Atd, Shinkiari & Havelian - Supply of bazar material (Electrical & Mechanical and Building & Roads) for provincial stores for RTEs and TC/DC The scope covers civil repair and maintenance works at multiple sites and supply of essential materials for MES operations. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories A, B, C, D, or E with relevant experience. Firms must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting these criteria. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hours on 02 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
