Repair and Maintenance Works in Rooms No 232-E (PMIC) at Executive Office Building, Islamabad

The Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate (Capital Development Authority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance works in Rooms No 232-E (PMIC) at the Executive Office Building, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P137256. The works include dismantling wooden partitions, providing and fixing gypsum board ceilings, painting old surfaces, installation of kitchen cabinets, fixing looking glass, lacquer polishing of wooden grains, installation of PVC double layer switch kits, supply and erection of PVC insulated copper conductor cables, fixing roller blinds, PVC hard panels, laminated wooden flooring, and placement of executive chairs, revolving chairs, LED ceiling lights, and indoor plants. Items being procured: - Dismantling wooden partition Jaffry work (53.53 sqm) - Providing and fixing Gypsum Board Ceiling/Bulkhead (53.53 sqm) - Painting old surfaces with oil paint (first and subsequent coats, 53.53 sqm) - Providing and fixing box type Kitchen Cabinet with laminated MDF sheets (15.66 sqm) - Providing and fixing looking glass 55x40 cm (2 units) - Lacquer polish to reveal wooden grains (21.65 sqm) - PVC double layer Switch kit Face plate with switches/sockets (3 units) - Supply and erection of single core PVC insulated copper conductor cables (various lengths) - Providing and fixing roller blinds of approved shade (98 sq ft) - Providing/fixing PVC Hard Panel at room no 232-E (126.29 sq ft) - Providing and fixing laminated wooden flooring 8mm thick (55.06 sqm) - Providing and placement of Executive Chair (1 unit) - Providing and placement of Executive revolving Chair (24 units) - Providing fixing of LED ceiling light 3'' dia, 7 watt Philips (20 units) - Providing and placement of indoor plants with artificial planters (6 units) The technical scope covers all materials and workmanship as per ASTM standards and approved specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC for works, have valid FBR/NTN registration, and submit bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration. The contract will be awarded through Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
