Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance Services for Islamabad Employees Social Security Institution

The Islamabad Employees Social Security Institution (IESSI) Islamabad invites professional and general traders based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi to apply for prequalification as vendors for repair and maintenance services under an open framework agreement valid until June 2029. This agreement allows procurement of services on an as-needed basis through requests for quotations (RFQ) or single quotations as per PPRA Rules 2004. Interested vendors must be registered with FBR, active on the sales tax and income tax lists, and submit a security deposit of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Commissioner IESSI. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of official vehicles including engine oil replacement, filters, tuning, wheel alignment, brake service, engine overhauling, suspension, denting, painting, battery and tyre replacement, electrical and mechanical works - Repair and maintenance of official motorcycles including oil change, tuning, brake shoes, cables, chain sets, lights, clutch components, engine overhauling, tyre replacement - Repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment such as photocopier machines (toners, drum unit, fusing unit, rollers), electric generators (oil and filter changes, electrical system, load bank testing, battery and coolant inspection), air conditioners (installation, filter replacement, cleaning, refrigerant recharging, compressor repair), UPS, water dispensers, motors, pumps, refrigerators, TVs, microwave ovens, fans, heaters, biometric devices, telephone exchange, lamps, solar plates - Repair and maintenance of computer hardware, software, printers, fax machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, servers, video conferencing systems, projectors, multimedia, routers, networking equipment - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures including polishing, repairing tables, chairs, cane webbing, drawers, wooden and steel almirahs, safes, courtroom tables, rostrums, foam replacement, curtains, blinds, doors, windows, partitions - Repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings including masonry, glass doors, windows, walls, roofs, false ceilings, landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, electrical and plumbing works, sewerage, sanitation, water tanks - Printing and miscellaneous works including binding, photocopy sets, office identity cards, visiting cards, certificates, shields, souvenirs, diaries, drafting pads The scope covers a wide range of repair and maintenance services for transport, machinery, IT equipment, furniture, buildings, and printing. Vendors must have a workshop or office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, valid NTN and GST registration, and at least three years of experience with federal or government departments or auto/semi-auto organizations. Blacklisted firms or those involved in litigation are not eligible. The security deposit of Rs. 200,000 must be submitted with the proposal. The procurement committee will evaluate bids based on technical criteria and experience.
