Tender Description
The Collectorate of Custom Enforcement, Gadani (Pakistan Customs) is inviting prequalification applications from competent firms for a Two-Year Framework Agreement focused on the repair, maintenance, and servicing of electrical, mechanical, and utility equipment. This procurement is specific to the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement located in Gadani, Balochistan. Items being procured:
- Water Pumps
- Tube Well Pumps and Associated Machinery
- Diesel/Electric Generators
- UPS Systems
- Air Conditioners (Split, Window and Floor Standing)
- Refrigerators
- Water Dispensers
- Ceiling, Exhaust and Pedestal Fans
- UPS/Inverter Batteries
The scope includes attending service requests promptly, deploying qualified technical personnel with appropriate tools, and using genuine or equivalent quality spare parts with prior approval. Repairs must follow accepted engineering practices and manufacturer recommendations. Each completed job requires a service report submission and a warranty for repaired work and replaced parts as per the framework agreement. Services will be performed only upon issuance of a work order by the Procuring Agency. The agreement is valid for two years with work assigned on an as-needed basis, subject to fund availability and operational requirements. Payment will be made only for satisfactorily completed services certified by the Inspection Committee or Authorized Officer.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and ATL registration, company/firm registration, qualified technical staff, financial statements, and average annual turnover certificates. PEC category and prior experience in similar works are essential. The technical evaluation includes assessment of similar experience, technical staff and equipment, financial capability, and registrations compliance.
The deadline for submission is Monday, August 10, 2026, at 08:30 AM through EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions will not be entertained. The opening of applications will be on the same day at 09:00 AM. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and prepare their applications carefully, including all required documents such as NTN, ATL, and financial statements.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your workshop is fully equipped with qualified technicians and maintain a strong financial position with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 5 million to maximize your technical score and eligibility. Timely submission through EPADS v2.0 is critical to avoid disqualification.
