Repair, maintenance and supply of spare parts for Tourist Police vehicles (four/two wheelers)

The Office of the Superintendent of Tourist Police Gilgit-Baltistan Gilgit invites sealed bids under GB PPRA Rules 2022 for the repair, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for Tourist Police vehicles (four and two wheelers) for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for firms with proven financial soundness and prior experience in similar works, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for Tourist Police vehicles - Supply of spare parts for four-wheelers - Supply of spare parts for two-wheelers The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance of vehicles used by the Tourist Police Gilgit Range, including sourcing and supplying genuine spare parts. The work will be executed at the Tourist Police Office Sakwar Gilgit, ensuring operational readiness of the fleet throughout the contract period. Eligible bidders must provide a Technical Proposal including bidding documents, earnest money, sales tax and income tax certificates. Financial Proposals must quote rates inclusive of all taxes and charges on the firm’s letterhead. A Call Deposit of Rs. 400,000/- from a scheduled bank as bid security is mandatory. The successful bidder will also deposit 10% of the contract value as a Performance Guarantee in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee. Bidding documents can be collected from the SP Tourist Police office Sakwar Gilgit upon written request on the firm’s letterhead and payment of Rs. 6000/- during office hours. Bids must be submitted before the deadline of July 30th, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
