Repair & Maintenance and Supply of HVAC (Mcquay) System Parts in AB-III

Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids for the repair, maintenance, and supply of HVAC (Mcquay) system parts in AB-III under contract reference P129394 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to be executed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Items being procured: - Repair of HVAC (Mcquay) system including gas leakage tracing, welding and repairing, flashing and vacuuming, nitrogen pressure testing, and recharging refrigerant gas (R-410) (1 job) - Providing R-410 Gas Cylinders (Honeywell USA Original or equivalent) (6 units) - Providing HVAC Outdoor Unit Fan Blades (Midea MDV450WCSN1, size 840x200 mm, three blades) (5 units) - Providing Expansion Valve Coils (Midea MDV CS002A (3158) or equivalent) (6 units) The scope includes repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, supply of original or equivalent branded parts, and delivery to the Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad. The delivery schedule is 30 days from issuance of work order. Bidders must provide a 6-month warranty on supplied items. Bid security of PKR 20,000 per lot is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, active FBR registration and ATL status, non-blacklisting affidavit, and compliance with specifications. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on October 21, 2026, at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
