O & M Contract of Air-Conditioning Plants and Allied Equipment at State Life Building Karachi

Items being procured: - O & M Contract of Air-Conditioning Plants - Servicing of Split A/C - Servicing of Window A/C installed at Lift Machine Room SLB's 1, 2, 4 & 6 The scope covers maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning systems at multiple blocks of the State Life Building, ensuring efficient operation and reliability of the cooling equipment. Bidders must be registered contractors or firms with valid Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board registration for SST, and must be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue.
