The Military Engineer Services (MES) through the GE (Navy) Maintenance Office at Jinnah Naval Base Ormara invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms. Items being procured: - Repair / Replacement of B&R Items in PNCMO Old Block at JNB Ormara - Repair / Maintenance of External Weather Shield in PNCM (O) New Block at JNB Ormara - Repair / Maintenance of External Weather Shield on Boundary Wall in PNCM (O) New Block at JNB Ormara - Repair / Maintenance / Renovation of SOQ-07 at JNB Ormara - Repair / Maintenance / Replacement of Doors, Kitchen, Cabinets & Roof Shed of SOQ-07 at JNB Ormara - Repair / Maintenance / Replacement of Furniture in SOQ-07 at JNB Ormara - Repair / Replacement of External / Internal Electric with Fitting / Fixtures in SOQ-1 and Sub Station No. 08 to MOQ at JNB Ormara - Repair / Replacement of AC's and Internal Electric with Fitting/ Fixtures in SOQ-07, 2 & 3 at JNB Ormara - Bazar Supply Materials (B&R Items) for GE (N) Maint Ormara - Bazar Supply Materials (E&M Items) for GE (N) Maint Ormara - TC E&M (Internal / External Water Supply) for JNB, Basol, Naval Village, PNS Darman Jah Ormara Airport RDS Mianwali & PNS Ahsan at Ormara - TC E&M (Internal / External Electric Supply) under GE (N) Maint Ormara - TC E&M (Internal Water Supply) under GE (N) Maint Ormara - TC B&R (Except Decoration Works) under GE (N) Maint Ormara - Miscellaneous works under GE (N) Maint Ormara The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance of buildings, electrical fittings, air conditioning units, water supply systems, and supply of bazar materials for both building and electrical & mechanical items. The works are to be executed at various locations within the Jinnah Naval Base and associated sites in Ormara. Eligibility criteria require firms to be on the approved list 'D' of MES contractors or other government departments with relevant experience. Contractors must provide valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration certificates and bank statements. Those not on the MES approved list must submit proof of registration with the relevant department, financial standing certificates, staff and equipment details, and experience records for the last two years. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required from contractors not on the MES approved list, refundable if not pre-qualified or unsuccessful. The tender submission deadline is strictly 28 August 2026 by 1130 hours at the GE (Navy) Maintenance Office, Jinnah Naval Base Ormara. Bids will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
