Tender Description
The Frequency Allocation Board (FAB) Islamabad invites bids for the repair and maintenance services of an official vehicle, specifically 1 Toyota Land Cruiser V8, Model 2001, White Color, belonging to FAB Headquarters. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P122032.
Items being procured:
- Repair & maintenance services of official vehicle (1 x Toyota Land Cruiser V8) Model 2001 (White Color)
The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the bidding document.
E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/122032. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Notification copy is available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0 as well as the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal. Early registration and preparation of bid documents will help avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure compliance with all requirements.
