Repair and Maintenance of Trenches and Road Work Cutting by SSGC in Different Areas of TMC Orangi District West Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Orangi District West Karachi invites bids for the repair and maintenance of trenches and road work cutting caused by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) in various areas of TMC Orangi District West Karachi. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of trenches - Road work cutting by SSGC in different areas of TMC Orangi District West The scope includes civil works related to trench repairs and restoration of road surfaces affected by gas pipeline cutting activities. The project requires contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with specialization code CE01. Firms must be registered with FBR/SRB and have active income and sales tax status. A project team of at least three engineers must be defined with supporting payroll and appointment letters. Bank turnover certificate of PKR 5 million in the last five years along with bank statements is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened on the same days at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Orangi District West. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3000/- must be submitted via pay order in favor of TMC Orangi District West Karachi before bid submission deadline. A bid security of 5% of the project cost in the form of pay order from the bidder's own account is mandatory and must be physically submitted before closing time.
