Repair, Maintenance, White Wash, Roof Treatment, Solarization and Boundary Wall Works at G8MH Dhadhar

The Executive Engineer Buildings Civil Works Public Health & Engineering Department Kachhi invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of repair and maintenance works for the financial year 2026. The procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance - White wash - Roof treatment of 9x classrooms and auditorium - Solarization - 900 RFT boundary wall at G8MH Dhadhar (under BSDI Phase-III) This tender covers civil works including white washing and roof treatment, along with solar power installation and boundary wall construction at the G8MH Dhadhar site. The scope involves detailed repair and maintenance of educational facilities, ensuring structural integrity and energy efficiency through solarization. The project is located in Dhadhar, Balochistan, under the CWPP&H Department. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 18,066,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. PEC registration category C-5 or above with specialization in civil works, buildings, and maintenance is required. Tender fee is PKR 1,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit call from a scheduled bank.
