The scope includes repair and maintenance at BTW Quetta, EME Centre Quetta, HQ 41 Division Quetta, JCO/Soldiers Accommodation at Zhob Cantt, FG Girls Public School Aziz Bhatti Road Quetta, and various type houses at FGEI City and Colony Quetta. The total sanctioned cost for these works ranges from PKR 4.72 million to PKR 10 million per site, with a completion period of one month for each.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with MES in Category D or above. They should also have valid FBR registration and demonstrate sufficient experience in similar works. Tender documents will only be issued to scrutinized contractors who meet these criteria.
