Repair and Maintenance Works Civil and E&M in Room No 334-A (Library) at Executive Office Building, Islamabad

The Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) through its E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings invites sealed bids for the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORKS CIVIL AND E&M in Room No 334-A (Library) at the Executive Office Building, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Providing and fixing box type kitchen cabinet with laminated MDF sheets - PVC double layer switch kit face plates with switches/sockets - Supply and erection of single core PVC insulated copper conductor cables - Providing and placement of executive chair and coat stand - Re-upholstery of sofa seats and office chairs - Providing and placement of wooden console tables - Providing and fixing solid wooden partitioning with glass - Installation of LED ceiling lights of various wattages and types - Installation and commissioning of 2 Ton capacity split type wall mounted DC inverter air conditioners - Fixing of copper pipes, aero flex insulation sleeves, control wires, flexible hose pipes, angle iron brackets, wrapping tape, flair nuts - Repairing and fixing of LED TVs and water filter sets The scope covers civil and electrical & mechanical maintenance works including furniture, electrical fittings, and HVAC systems at the specified location in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for works, have valid FBR registration, and comply with all eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
