Repair and Maintenance Works and Supply of Materials for Military Engineering Services Quetta Cantt

The Military Engineering Services (Army) Quetta Cantt is procuring a comprehensive range of repair, maintenance, and supply works for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This tender covers multiple projects including repair and maintenance of POL bulk installations at SSD Zhob and Loralai, renovation of Halema block at AFNS Mess CMH Quetta Cantt, repair and maintenance of lavatory blocks and offices at various regiments and divisions, and extensive maintenance works for electric supply, water supply, and Sui gas systems across different zones in Quetta Cantt. The scope includes civil works such as repair and maintenance of lavatory blocks, messes, offices, and store blocks, as well as supply of bazar materials and electrical and mechanical items. The projects vary in scale with completion periods ranging from 1.5 months for specific repair works to 12 months for ongoing maintenance and supply contracts. The estimated cost for these works ranges from PKR 4.969 million to PKR 10 million per contract, totaling approximately PKR 59.882 million. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with MES in Category D or above. They must also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar works and submission of a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them is mandatory. Tender documents will only be issued to scrutinized contractors who meet these criteria. The tender submission deadline is 04 May 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Applications must be submitted to the office of the Commander MES (Army) Quetta Cantt.
