Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess relevant experience, especially those on the approved MES list in categories B, C, and D. Tender documents will be issued only to security-cleared and scrutinized contractors. The tender submission deadline is 8 October 2026 by 1130 hrs, with opening at 1200 hrs the same day.
