Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Repair / Refurbishment of Waste Water Treatment Plant as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and must be collected before the last date. Bidders must submit photocopies of Registration / Pre-qualification / Indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link documents between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or suspension, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
