Repair and Rehabilitation of Black Top Road from Gandawah to Panjuk Road length 5.15KM Phase-I

The Road Department District Jhal Magsi invites bids for the repair and rehabilitation of a black top road from Gandawah to Panjuk Road with a total length of 5.15 kilometers under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI-PHASE-III) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for contractors and firms interested in undertaking road infrastructure works in the Jhal Magsi district of Balochistan. The project requires experienced contractors with valid PEC registration in the relevant category, having completed at least three similar contracts in the last three years with completion certificates. Bidders must have an average turnover of 70% of the project cost during the last three years and hold active registration certificates from the Income Tax Authority (FBR/NTN) and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). The bid security required is 2% of the quoted amount, payable via CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. Submission of an application on firm letterhead signed and stamped along with the original CDR and green challan is mandatory. The bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1500 through Green Challan in NBP under Head of Account C-02716. The last date for submission of bids is **4th August 2026 at 12:00 PM** at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Jhal Magsi at Gandawah. The technical bid envelope will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM, followed by the financial bid opening of technically qualified bidders. Bids will remain valid for ninety (90) days.
