Repair and Rehabilitation of Primary and Elementary Schools with Electrical Works in Larkano

The Executive Engineer Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring repair and rehabilitation services for 19 primary and elementary schools damaged by rain and floods in 2022. This project is located in various Talukas including Kamber, Sijawal, Miro Khan, Qubo, and Warah within Larkano district, Sindh. The scope includes electrical wiring, installation of circuit breakers, ceiling fans, and other electrical fittings along with civil repair works to restore the schools to functional condition. Eligible bidders must have valid NTN, FBR and SRB registration, electric inspectorate license, and relevant experience in similar works executed in the last five years with at least one contract of 80% of the estimated cost or two contracts of 50% each. The bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 43,900 is required along with a performance security of 5% from the successful bidder. The tender follows the Single Stage – One Envelope procurement method. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Electrical Division Larkano near High Court Building, CMC Road Larkano by the deadline notified in the NIT, which is seven days after the publish date.
