Tender Description
Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) invites sealed proposals on a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the repair and renovation of Abdul Sattar Edhi International Hockey Stadium located in Karachi. The project is based on MES Schedule of Rates-2021 on percentage basis and requires firms registered under PEC category C-5.

- Repair & Renovation of Abdul Sattar Edhi International Hockey Stadium at Karachi
The scope includes comprehensive repair and renovation works at the stadium site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Interested firms must provide audited financial reports for the last three years, income tax returns, NTN and ATL registration proof, and an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by any government or autonomous body. Earnest money of Rs. 0.700 million in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in favor of Honorary Treasurer, PHF, must accompany the technical proposal.
The last date for submission of bids is 20th October 2026 by 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am in the Committee Room of Ministry of IPC, 2nd Floor, Kohsar Block, Islamabad.
