Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the repair and renovation of two civil dispensaries located in Sutnak and Haji Ibrahim Shaikh Goth, Hub District, Balochistan. The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Building District Hub, is overseeing these projects under the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 for the fiscal year 2026. The works involve structural repairs and upgrades to healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet functional and safety standards for community use.
The projects require experienced contractors familiar with civil construction and renovation in the Hub area. Materials must comply with local standards, and the work should address any structural weaknesses while maintaining the dispensaries' operational integrity. The engineering challenges include working within existing structures and ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing healthcare services.
Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. The firm should have completed at least two similar assignments with a minimum turnover of PKR 3,500,000 in the last three financial years. Compliance with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 is mandatory. The bid security of 2% must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the office located behind Allied Bank Main RCD Road, Tehsil Hub, District Hub.
