Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the repair and renovation of two civil dispensaries located in Sutnak and Haji Ibrahim Shaikh Goth, Hub District, Balochistan. The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Building District Hub, is overseeing these projects under the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 for the fiscal year 2026. The works involve structural repairs and upgrades to healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet functional and safety standards for community use. The projects require experienced contractors familiar with civil construction and renovation in the Hub area. Materials must comply with local standards, and the work should address any structural weaknesses while maintaining the dispensaries' operational integrity. Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency.
