Repair, Renovation, and Construction Works at CWPP&H Department District Surab

The CWPP&H Department District Surab invites sealed tenders based on the composite schedule of rates for the year 2026 G.O. B amended up to date from interested contractors/firms for the works listed below under BSPD Phase-III. Earnest Money of 2% and Time limit of 30-06-2027 for each work are required. Items being procured: - Repair & Renovation, Provision of Books & Furniture for Public Library at Gidder District Surab (Cost: 2.474 Million PKR) - Construction of Watch Towers, Rooms, Raising of Boundary Wall, Barbed Wire, Main Gate, Landscaping & Conference Room Renovation at D.C Complex District Surab (Cost: 19.900 Million PKR) The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above for the relevant discipline, along with registration with FBR and Sales Tax Department where applicable. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and provide an affidavit of no litigation. Non-blacklisting certification and submission of E Challan to BPPRA are mandatory. The method of procurement is National Competitive Bidding Procedure, single stage, one envelope bidding. The contractor must submit a challan form for Rs. 1500 (non-refundable) deposited in the head of account C-02716 through Government treasury or National Bank Pakistan. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. The contractor must produce the deposited green challan form at the time of bidding. The document can be requested by mail and will be dispatched by registered mail at the applicant's risk and cost. No circumstances will allow the procuring agency to be responsible for lost documents. The deadline for submission is 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM.
