The Buildings Provincial B&R Panjgur invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of civil works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Repair & Renovation of Government Girls Degree College at Khudabadan Panjgur BSDI Phase-III The scope includes civil works as per assigned schedule rates. Eligibility criteria require presence in Active Tax Payer List and not being blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have PEC category C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE10(I) (General Civil Engineering Works) EE11(0) (Solar Energy). The procedure of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1000 PKR issuance of tender documents. From the date of publication of NIT to 13 November 2026 during office hours on working days. Last date of bid submission is 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned at B&R Colony, District Panjgur.
