Tender Description
The Planning Development Monitoring and Implementation Cell Culture Tourism Antiquities and Archives Department Government of Sindh invites bids for the repair and renovation of Marvi Cultural Complex located in Bhalwa District Tharparkar. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including scraping and repainting walls, dismantling and reconstruction of concrete structures, anti-termite treatment, installation of mahogany wood joinery, polishing, tile laying, and electrical wiring and fittings. The scope covers both schedule and non-schedule items with a completion period of three months. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council PEC registration in relevant categories CE-01 CE-09 CE-10 EE-02 EE-04 and be active taxpayers with NTN and Sindh Revenue Board SRB certificates. A minimum of five years experience in similar works with at least three government projects completed is mandatory. Financial stability is required with audited statements and bank statements for the last five years. Bidders must also have a permanent office in Sindh and provide detailed lists of equipment and qualified technical staff including civil and electrical engineers.
