Repair and Renovation of Office Building for Financial Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028

The works are to be executed at the Collectorate's premises in Hyderabad. Bidders must have a minimum of three years' relevant experience, valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide an Earnest Money of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft. Performance Guarantee of Rs. 500,000 (after award) is also required. All bids must be submitted electronically via the FBR e-PADS portal by 23rd September, 2026. Hard copies of original documents must also be submitted to the Collectorate office.
