Repair, Renovation, Protection, Maintenance and Reconstruction Works at Various 132 KV Grid Stations and MEPCO Facilities

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites experienced and registered firms/contractors to submit electronic bids (E-Bids) on a percentage rate basis for various repair, renovation, protection, maintenance, and reconstruction works at multiple 132 KV Grid Stations and MEPCO facilities located in Multan and surrounding areas. The procurement follows the PPRA Rules-2004 (amended) and uses a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Repair / Renovation of 1st floor for P.D (Construction) office (newly allotted) and ground floor for adjustment of XEN/SDO GC office at 132 KV Grid Station Khanewal Road Multan - Protection / Repair of Equipment Foundations & Trenches and Trench Covers at 132 KV Grid Station Sahiwal Old, Sahiwal New, Qadirabad, Pakpattan, Arif Wala, Chichawatni and Harappa - Repair / Maintenance of bungalow No.B-10, B-14, C-26 and quarter No. D-26, D-03, F4 / F-5 and D-11 at MEPCO Colony Khanewal Road Multan - Re-construction of boundary wall (Tilted Portion) of SDO office building 1st & 2nd and fixing of angle iron with barbed wire at 132 KV Grid Station Kot Addu - Rehabilitation / Construction of Road (Carpeting / Resurfacing) of offices and Colony at 132 KV Grid Station Sahiwal Old - Re-construction of boundary wall (Fallen / Tilted Portion) and re-construction of switch yard fencing (fallen portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Bahawal Nagar and Chak 211 - Re-construction of boundary wall (tilted / deteriorated portion) at MEPCO Filed Store Muzaffar Garh The scope includes civil works such as repair and renovation of office floors, protection of equipment foundations, maintenance of residential bungalows and quarters, boundary wall reconstruction with barbed wire fencing, and road rehabilitation at various grid stations. The works are to be completed within specified periods ranging from 30 to 60 days. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under category CE-10, hold active registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and have valid Income Tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must submit bid security as specified and comply with detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the deadline of 12 October 2026 at 12:00 hours. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer (Civil), MEPCO H.Q Khanewal Road Multan. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, or Pay Order must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the deadline.
