Repair and Renovation of Quaid-e-Azam Library at Jinnah Road Quetta

The Executive Engineer (Building), City Quetta CWP&P&H invites bids from eligible contractors for the repair and renovation of Quaid-e-Azam Library located at Jinnah Road, Quetta. This procurement is for the financial year 2026 and is based on the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. The estimated cost for the project is PKR 19,900,352. All interested bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) and must also be present on the Active Tax Payer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 and above (upto 25 million) with relevant codes is mandatory. The scope of work includes comprehensive repair and renovation activities for the library building, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard. Items being procured: - Repair/Renovation of Quaid-e-Azam Library at Jinnah Road Quetta (Estimated Cost: PKR 19,900,352) Bidders must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 5 years, each valued at a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost. Subletting or subcontracting is not allowed. Adequate equipment and human resource capacity must be demonstrated. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call, along with a Tender Fee of PKR 2,000. The last date for submission of bids is 05 September 2026 at 09:00 AM, and tenders will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM at the office on White Road, Quetta.
