Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for comprehensive civil renovation works at its Keamari Terminal A located in Karachi. This procurement covers renovation and repair of multiple facilities including the Sports Club, Office Block, and Terminal Infrastructure. The scope of work is extensive and includes removal and installation of false ceilings, aluminum cladding, wooden door frames, roller blinds, painting, plastering, PVC partition works, washroom repairs, ceramic tiling, mechanical maintenance, wooden partitions, marble installation, mirror replacement, boundary wall painting, cable trench slab installation, gate painting, roof screeding, manhole cover installation, RCC column repair, and other related civil works.
Items being procured:
- Renovation of Sports Club including false ceiling supply and installation (930 ft2), aluminum cladding on columns (32 ft2), wooden door frame fixing and removal (1 job), roller blind installation (51 ft2), painting (102 m2), cement plastering (23 m2), wallpaper removal (50.2 m2), PVC partition works (270 ft2)
- Office Block washroom works including patch plaster/dismantling (240 ft2), wooden partition work (140 ft2), supply and installation of Muslim showers (6 units), false ceiling installation (240 ft2), painting (72 m2), wash basin installation (3 units), marble supply and fixing (3 m2), mirror replacement (1 job)
- Office Block pantry works including ceramic tile laying (140 ft2), aluminum window repair (1 job), wooden partition works (702 ft2), painting (250 m2), cement plastering (12 m2), false ceiling installation (1440 ft2), roller blind installation (51 ft2)
- Outer boundary wall painting and plastering (23,405.5 ft2 paint, 1,004 ft2 plaster)
- Civil works at Gasoline area including cable trench slab installation (35 units), mechanical cleaning and painting (192 m2), roof screeding (70 m2), fiber manhole cover installation (4 units)
- Civil works at Kerosene area including RCC column repair (1 unit), cement plastering (161 m2)
- Office Block outer walls plastering and painting (990 ft2 plaster, 10,000 ft2 paint)
The technical scope requires all materials, labor, tools, scaffolding, and safety arrangements to be provided by the contractor. All works must comply with PSO approved specifications and standards. Scaffolding for work at height must be erected by certified scaffolders and work at height is only allowed after third-party fitness certification. Third-party inspection costs are borne by the contractor. A PEC registered engineer with at least 3 years of experience must be deputed on site at all times during execution.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in similar civil renovation works. Earnest money and bid security details are not specified in the notice.
The submission deadline is 21 October 2026. Bidders should prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, ensuring compliance with all specifications and instructions.
