Tender Description
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (CSR) is procuring comprehensive repair, renovation and refurbishment services for the Admin Block, Medical Center, Parade Ground, Sports Complex, Swimming Pool and Examination Hall at the Pakistan Marine Academy in Karachi. This tender covers extensive civil works including dismantling, reinforced concrete, block masonry, plastering, flooring with terrazzo and marble, painting, and specialized plumbing and electrical installations. The scope also includes installation of air conditioners, solar system, and electrical wiring with modern fixtures and fittings.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC registration in category C-4 or above, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR, and demonstrate relevant experience with projects of Rs. 50 million or above.
