Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad (Pakistan Customs) invites bids for the repair and renovation of a residential building located at A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically by the deadline of Monday, September 28, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Cement (Quantity: 500000/Qty)
- Welding rods (Quantity: 10/dozen)
The scope includes repair and renovation works as detailed in the bidding documents. Specifications for cement and welding rods are as per the bidding document requirements. The site for delivery and work is A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad, Sindh.
Eligible bidders must meet criteria including valid NADRA CNIC/NICOP, FBR registration (NTN/GSTN), and SECP registration for companies. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bid security of PKR 300,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The bid validity period is 30 days.
Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and submitted online via EPADS. The original bid security must be delivered to the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement office at the specified address before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM on EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A performance guarantee of 4.55% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the procurement process without liability.
