Repair, Renovation, Water Supply and Furniture Provision at Naval Facilities Karachi and Gwadar

The Military Engineer Services (MES) through CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office at PNS Karsaz Karachi invites applications for pre-qualification and subsequent tender submission for multiple repair, renovation, water supply, and furniture provision works at naval facilities in Karachi and Gwadar. The scope includes abnormal repair and renovation of the Admin block (G+1) at PNS Qasim, supply of fresh water through bowzers and water barges at LSS Bundal Island, family quarters at 301 Brigade HQ Sujawal, and other naval sites including NSCM, CMTRO TPT yard, and PNS Qasim ship's company. Additionally, rehabilitation and reconstruction of quarter deck foundation at PNS Iqbal, increase in height of boundary wall from main gate to Mediterranean jetty, and provision of furniture for 300 men cook house and dining hall at MTC Gwadar are included. Eligible contractors must be on the approved list 'D' of MES contractors or other government departments with relevant experience. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and bank statements are mandatory. Contractors not on the MES approved list must provide proof of registration with the concerned department, financial standing, staff details, tools and plants, and experience of similar works executed in the last two years. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required from non-approved contractors in the form of FDR or Deposit at Call pledged to CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. Incomplete applications will be rejected. The tender process includes pre-qualification applications due by 29 June 2026 at 1500 hours, with tender submissions by 06 July 2026 at 1130 hours and opening at 1200 hours the same day.
