Contractors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid PEC registration. Only contractors/firms on the approved list of MES (Navy) Lahore or those pre-qualified by the GE (Navy) Lahore are eligible to apply. Contractors must also provide valid registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council and bank statements. Experience of similar works and earnest money deposit are mandatory.
