The Welfare Sub-Committee of Judicial Colony Phase-1, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore invites tenders for repairing and carpeting of the main road of the Colony. The scope includes street grating, cleaning of road edges/berms, cleaning and levelling of damaged/broken portions of the road, and other allied works. Items being procured: - Repairing and carpeting of main road - Street grating - Cleaning of road edges/berms - Cleaning and levelling of damaged/broken road portions - Other allied works The estimated cost of the entire project is approximately **Rs. 10,000,000/- (Rupees Ten Million only)**. The project completion period is one month with a guarantee period of one year. Payment terms include 30% of the estimated project cost upon completion of 30% of the work, with the remaining payment after full completion. The work must comply with Highway standards and rates prescribed by the Government of Punjab. Eligibility requires the tenderer/bidder to be an Income Tax Filer, a registered contractor of at least Class-B category as per Government of Punjab records, and a person/entity with sound financial standing.
