Repairing of Chiller Control Cards of PNSC Building

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (M&P/TECHNICAL Deptt) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of repairing services for chiller control cards at the PNSC Building located in Karachi. This tender is specifically for the repair of critical components of the chiller control system to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the building's cooling infrastructure. Items being procured: - Repairing of CPU Card of Chiller Control (3 Qty) - Repairing of Mother Board of Chiller Control (1 Qty) - Repairing of Display Card for Chiller Control (3 Qty) The technical scope includes the repair of central processing unit cards, motherboards, and organic light emitting display cards used in the chiller control system. The work will be carried out at the Maintenance & Project / Technical Department, 12th Floor, PNSC Building, Karachi, with a delivery schedule of 22 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR and enlisted on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Blacklisted firms or those involved in litigation are disqualified. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 in advance and review all bidding documents carefully.
