Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified contractors for the replacement of canopy top sheet and false ceiling at Razi Service Station (SS) located in Karachi. This procurement is specifically for maintenance and repair works under the supervision of PSO's engineering team. The scope involves removal of old materials and installation of new, high-quality components ensuring durability and compliance with safety standards.
Items being procured:
- 22 SWG CGI Sheet for Canopy Roof (3600 SFT)
- 16 SWG GI Sheet, Gutter & Cladding (600 SFT)
- 22 SWG CGI Sheet for Fascia Roof (600 SFT)
- UPVC Pipe 4" Dia, Class-D (800 RFT)
- High elastomeric waterproofing of canopy top sheet (3600 SFT)
- Installation of False Ceiling with 26 SWG pre-painted steel sheet strips (3600 SFT)
The technical scope includes removal and disposal of old GI sheets and debris outside the retail outlet premises, fabrication and fixing of powder-coated corrugated GI sheets, installation of UPVC drainage pipes with fittings, and application of water-based sealing flex for waterproofing. The false ceiling work involves fixing pre-painted steel strips suspended with adjustable metal suspension systems, including dismantling and reinstallation of canopy lights and fascia as required. All works must comply with PSO's HSE standards, including use of PPEs, risk assessments, and licensed operators for electrical and mechanical tasks.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for civil and maintenance works, valid FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in similar projects. The contract duration is 45 days post site handover. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PSO guidelines.
