Replacement of Electric Power Cables and Allied Works at Gurdwara Janamasthan Nankana Sahib and Annual Repair and Maintenance Works at Gurdwara Dera Sahib Lahore

The Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore invites bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 valid for the year 2025-26 for the works listed below. Interested bidders may purchase bidding documents on payment of a non-refundable fee from the office of the undersigned during office hours on or before 10-11-2026 upon submission of a written application on firm's letterhead accompanied with attested copy of CNIC, certificate of ATL of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlisted contractor. Bidding documents shall be issued to the proprietors of the firms or their legally authorized representatives having registered/duly attested power of attorney. All bids must be accompanied with a Bid Security in form of Call Deposit with the firm/company's name from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of ETP Board, Lahore. Bids in sealed envelopes should be dropped in tender box in the office of the undersigned on 11-11-2026 before 02:00 PM which shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the same address. Items being procured: - Replacement of Electric Power Cables & Allied Works at Gurdwara Janamasthan Nankana Sahib - Annual Repair to Mian Meer Block at Gurdwara Dera Sahib, Lahore - Operational Repair and Maintenance Works for Roof Treatment in Mian Meer Block at Gurdwara Dera Sahib, Lahore The technical scope includes replacement and repair works involving electric power cables and allied infrastructure at religious sites in Nankana Sahib and Lahore. The contract period for each work is 15 days with tender fees of Rs. 3,000 and bid securities ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 200,000 depending on the work. Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC licensing and FBR ATL registration. The bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit from a scheduled bank.
