Replacement of Electric Water Boiler for Swimming Pool at Executive Building, Islamabad

The Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) through its E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings invites sealed bids for the Replacement of Electric Water Boiler for Swimming Pool at the Executive Building, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure the installation of a high-quality, energy-efficient electric water boiler system to serve the swimming pool at the Executive Building. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building including dagbelling, dressing, refilling (10 P/Cum) - Supply and erection of Four Core, 600/1000 volt PVC insulated, PVC sheathed 16mm armoured cable (18 Metres) - Supply and erection of single core 450/750 volts PVC insulated 16mm copper conductor cables (30 Metres) - Supply and erection of single core 450/750 volts PVC insulated 25mm copper conductor cables (30 Metres) - PVC double layer Switch kit Face plate 63A, 5-pin Phase Industrial Plug Industrial Socket IP-65 (3 Each) - Supply, installation and commissioning of MCB of 6-63Amp (8 Each) - Supply, installation and commissioning of MCCB of TP 125-150 Amp (4 Each) - Replacement and installation of Pool Electric Boiler with circulation pump, control energy saving, eco friendly, silent, SS316 grade stainless steel heating element, robust anti-rust body (2 Each) - Providing and fixing outdoor type weatherproof Distribution Box with accessories (1 Job) The scope includes all necessary works for excavation, cable laying, installation of electrical components, and commissioning of the electric water boiler system with specified technical features such as stainless steel heating elements, digital thermostat, flow switch, and safety controls. The work will be executed at the Executive Building, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, have valid FBR registration, and meet the qualification criteria as per the bidding documents. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:30 AM.
