Tender Description
The Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, is procuring works for the replacement of floor tiles in the first floor corridors and the committee room of the Cabinet Division located at the Cabinet Block, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves dismantling existing glazed or encaustic tiles and providing and laying superb quality porcelain glazed tiles of Master/Stile brand or an approved equivalent manufacturer. The scope includes skirting/dado of specified size, color, and shade with adhesive/bond over ½ inch thick cement plaster, including the cost of matching sealer for finishing the joints, cutting, and grinding, completed as approved and directed by the Engineer Incharge.
Eligible bidders must have valid business registration with SECP or relevant authority, NTN and STRN, and be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They must have a verifiable office address in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and submit income tax and sales tax returns for the last two years. A notarized affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted is required. Bidders should provide details of similar projects completed with government organizations in the last five years. A 5% bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of Section Officer (General-II), Cabinet Division, is mandatory.
The bid submission deadline is Friday, June 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bids to be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
