Replacement of Floor Tiles in Corridor 2nd Floor ESTB Division Cabinet Block IDB

This project involves dismantling existing glazed or encaustic tiles and providing and laying high-quality porcelain glazed tiles of approved brands with proper skirting and dado as per specifications. The work is located in Islamabad, under the Maintenance Division (Civil) of CDA. The technical scope includes removal of old tiles and installation of 746 square meters of 600mm x 600mm porcelain tiles with adhesive and cement plaster finishing. The project cost is approximately **PKR 3,975,573** with an earnest money deposit of **PKR 119,270**. Contractors must ensure compliance with CDA standards and use approved materials.
