Replacement of NTC OFC 18 Fiber From Gulberg Green Interchange to KRL Sihala

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Rawalpindi Directorate invites bids for the Replacement of NTC Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) 18 Fiber from Gulberg Green Interchange to KRL Sihala. This project is located in Rawalpindi and involves the supply and installation of high-quality optical fiber cable infrastructure to enhance telecommunication services in the area. The technical scope includes the supply of 18 Fiber Single Mode Optical Fiber Cable G.652D or equivalent, installation of HDPE pipes, handholes, joint enclosures, marker posts, and warning tapes as per the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). The work also covers excavation in both katcha and pakka trenches, pulling of OFC, and attachment of HDPE pipes. All materials and services must comply with NTC and PTCL technical specifications, excluding any items manufactured in or linked to India or Israel. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) relevant category license with active status. Experience of at least five similar completed projects in Pakistan is mandatory. Tender security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee is required. Bidders must submit a notarized undertaking affirming no blacklisting and no ownership or sponsorship links with India or Israel. The tender submission deadline is 23rd June 2026 at 10:00 AM via the Electronic Procurement and Documentation System (EPADS) only. Bids received by any other means will be rejected. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM through E-PAD at the Office of Director NTC Rawalpindi, IJP Road I-12, Islamabad.
