Replacement of Obsolete Pumping Machineries for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Northern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Public Health Engineering Division Swat-II is procuring replacement of obsolete pumping machineries for various drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across multiple northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolai Pallas, and Haripur. This tender covers the replacement of pumping machinery in sub divisions such as Bahrain, Khozakhela, Matta-II, and Madayan with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 1.23 million to Rs. 4.20 million per sub division. The scope includes supply and installation of pumping equipment to improve water supply and sanitation infrastructure in these areas. Eligible bidders must be government-registered firms with specialization code CE-09 for pumping machinery and must comply with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Firms should be registered with KP Revenue Authority and have active status. Earnest money and bidding entry fees are specified for each sub-division. The tender follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the e-procurement system.
