Replacement of Sewerage Pipe Line at Gulshan-e-Hadeed Union Committee, TMC Gadap Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Gadap Karachi invites sealed bids for the Replacement of Sewerage Pipe Line at Gulshan-e-Hadeed Union Committee, Gulshin-e-Hadeed TMC Gadap. Items being procured: - Excavation for pipe line in trenches and pits including trimming, dressing, levelling, cutting joint holes, disposal of surplus earth, fencing, guards, and temporary crossings - Providing and laying General RCC pipes with rubber ring joints and fittings - Refilling excavated material in trenches with watering and ramming - Manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs with embedded CI frames - Manufacturing and supplying manhole covers cast in concrete with reinforcement and MS plates - Construction of manholes with specified dimensions, concrete works, finishing, refilling, and curing The technical scope includes all materials, workmanship, and site works necessary for the complete replacement of the sewerage pipeline as per the Composite Schedule of Rates. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and have relevant experience of at least 5 years, including similar works of 80% of the estimated cost or two works of 50% each. Valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and professional tax are mandatory. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and the tender fee is Rs. 2000. The contract period is 90 days with a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day for delay. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-procurement portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 21-09-2026.
