Replacement of Steel Ropes of 02Nos. Passenger Lifts at Main Building SBP BSC Faisalabad

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) Faisalabad invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Replacement of Steel Ropes of 02Nos. Passenger Lifts at its Main Building located on M.A Jinnah Road, Faisalabad City, Punjab. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Supply of 6-strand suspension ropes with fiber core for traction sheave elevators (loading capacity 1000Kg, two passenger lifts, compatible with Express Model WT86-100), approx. 1380 ft total length - Services for replacement, fixing, and alignment of main hoisting ropes of passenger lifts (G+7 floors), including installation, testing, commissioning, and safety checks - Repairing of main hoisting friction sheave for 01 passenger lift (Express Model WT86-100, 1000Kg), cast iron sheave with specified dimensions The scope includes dismantling old ropes, supplying and installing new ropes and components, repairing sheaves, and ensuring all safety features are tested and operational as per OEM recommendations. The contractor is responsible for providing all tools, equipment, scaffolding, and safety measures required for the work. Eligible bidders must have completed at least two projects involving supply and installation or replacement of lift components each costing Rs. 1.5 million or more in the last five years. The bidder must be an OEM or authorized distributor for the lift system for at least three consecutive years including the current year. Financial capability with minimum turnover or bank credit line as specified is required. Bid security of Rs. 60,000 in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque is mandatory. The contract duration is 180 days with key milestones including technical submittal, order placement, delivery, replacement and testing of ropes for both lifts, and repairing sheaves. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
