The Elementary & Secondary Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed proposals from eligible institutions for the Introduction and Delivery of Inter-Tech (HSSC Technology) Programmes. This initiative targets 20 public sector schools across 10 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a pilot project for 1500 students. The contract period is two years, focusing on NVQF Level 5-aligned programmes with a curriculum comprising 80% practical and 20% theory. Items being procured: - Introduction and delivery of Inter-Tech Programmes in 20 public sector schools - Programmes include IT & Digital Skills (IoT, Cyber Security, App Development), Hospitality & Tourism, Fashion Designing & Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Industrial Trades (Electrician, HVAC, Solar), Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development The technical scope involves delivering these specialized educational programmes in selected schools, ensuring quality and practical training aligned with industry standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with TEVTA, NAVTTC, KP-BTE&C, or relevant authorities, have a minimum of five years' experience in TVET/Technical Education, proven CBT&A delivery capability, NTN & GST registration, and a minimum turnover of PKR 100 million over the last three years. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with evaluation criteria of 80% technical and 20% financial weightage. A minimum technical score of 70% is required, and a bid security of PKR 6,000,000 must be submitted. Key dates include a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, 27th August 2026 at 11 AM, bid closing on Thursday, 10th September 2026 at 02:30 PM, and technical proposal opening on the same day at 03:00 PM. Financial proposal opening will be notified to technically qualified bidders. Proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal only. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure thorough preparation of both technical and financial envelopes separately and to attend the pre-bid conference to clarify any queries, which can significantly improve proposal quality and compliance.
