Expression of Interest for Registration of Test Centers for NAVTTC Skills Verification Program in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, in collaboration with the Skills Verification Program (SVP), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible institutions located in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur for registration as Authorized Test Centers. Selected Test Centers will conduct competency assessments in approved trades for Pakistani skilled workers seeking employment in Saudi Arabia. Items being procured: - Registration of Test Centers in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur Applicant institutions must have suitable infrastructure for Computer-Based Testing (CBT), practical workshops/laboratories for proposed trades, secure premises for competency assessments, and capacity to comply with NAVTTC/SVP operational standards. Eligible applicants include Government Technical and Vocational Institutions, Public and Private Colleges, Vocational Training Institutes, Technical Training Centers, and Registered Private Organizations with relevant infrastructure. The registration process includes document scrutiny, technical evaluation, infrastructure assessment, presentation, and final approval by SVP, KSA. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee accreditation as an Authorized Test Center. Applicants must submit their Expression of Interest via email along with a 5-minute video of their existing center.
