Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi invites eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax Department / authorities and reflected on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) to submit bids for the procurement of WRO Plant including Parts and Accessories at PKLI & RC Rawalpindi (PRO-103-2026). Items being procured: - WRO Plant including Parts and Accessories The procurement is to be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA 2014 rules. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and the official PKLI & RC portal. Bidders must submit e-bids online on or before the closing date.
